Location: Elmers End
Timescale: 3 Days
Service Provided: New Walls & Slabbed Path

The Project

Mr Weston contacted us to improve the appearance and functionality of the front of his property in Elmers End. The existing pathway had become uneven and tired over time, while the boundary walls were no longer providing the smart, well-defined look he wanted for his home. He was looking for a practical solution that would enhance access to the property and create a more attractive frontage.

Our Recommendation

Following a site visit, we recommended the construction of new boundary walls together with a new slabbed pathway. This combination would provide a durable and attractive finish while improving both the appearance and structure of the outdoor space.

For the pathway, we suggested high-quality paving slabs that would create a safe, level walking surface and complement the style of the property. The new walls would help define the boundaries clearly, add character to the frontage, and provide a strong, long-lasting feature that would enhance the property’s kerb appeal.

As with all our projects, careful preparation and solid foundations were recommended to ensure the completed work would stand the test of time.

The Installation

Work began with the removal of the existing pathway and any outdated boundary features. Once the area had been cleared, our team prepared the foundations for both the walls and the new path.

The new walls were then constructed using quality materials, with great attention paid to alignment, brickwork detail, and overall finish. Each section was built to provide both strength and visual appeal.

Once the wall construction was complete, we installed the slabbed pathway, carefully laying and levelling each slab to create a smooth, even surface. The path was designed to provide easy access while complementing the newly built walls and the overall appearance of the property.

After all works were completed, the site was thoroughly cleaned and all waste materials removed.

The Result

In just three days, Mr Weston’s property in Elmers End was transformed with the addition of new walls and a slabbed pathway. The improvements have created a much smarter and more welcoming entrance while also enhancing the practicality of the outdoor space.

The finished project provides a strong, durable, and attractive solution that complements the property perfectly. Mr Weston was delighted with the transformation and the high standard of workmanship delivered throughout the project.
